Standards for personnel consulting

Voluntary obligation

Repro & Gravure Support Reinhold Kungel and associated consultants voluntarily commit themselves in the framework their personnel consulting to the observance of the following guiding principles.

1. Respectability

a. We only take on contracts if we are confident that we have the corresponding knowledge, abilities and experience to do the job.

b. We inform our clients before accepting a contract about possible conflicts of interest that may become evident with other tracing orders.

2. Confidentiality

a. We treat the documents, task designations, business processes, company secrets or other internal information made available to us in the framework of the cooperation and of course the results of our work with the strictest of confidence until such a time that this information becomes common knowledge or the customers in individual cases give us permission to pass on this knowledge.

b. We treat all applications with the strictest of confidence and the greatest of care. We observe any limitations laid down in the applications and return the applications as soon as possible unless the candidate has expressed an alternative preference.

c. If we see the possibility of using any applications received for other vacant positions known to us this will only occur with the consent of the applicant.

d. We observe the regulations of Federal law for the protection of data for the storage and processing of information and personal information.

3. Expertise and quality

a. We only take on contracts if we are convinced that we have the corresponding abilities and knowledge.

b. The only consultants used are those that have the relevant training, work experience and personal integrity.

c. We proceed in a professional way following the steps listed below:

  • information gathering meeting about your business and your strategic objectives,
  • definition of the position to be occupied and the profile of the candidate,
  • written summary of specifications for the tracing order,
  • establishment of the tracing strategy,
  • implementation of the candidate trace by means of Executive Search, or via advertisements and continual feedback to the client,
  • short list of candidates, assessment and presentation to the client,
  • assistance during contract negotiations and integration into the busines
